Luis Chinea

My inspiration to write began in fifth grade when my teacher, Mrs. Macias, discovered my talent and pushed me further than anyone in the class. She would grade me against higher standards and would continually praise and critique strongly for me to elevate my writing. Of course, through the years, I've allowed procrastination and laziness to consume me and put writing on the shelf. My goal now is to give this talent new life through this site by delivering short stories. Who knows, this may be the push I've been needing for future projects.

I'm a Network Administrator and have been in the IT field for ten years now. I am CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certified and have vast experiences with multiple operating systems, servers, networks, etc. I've lived in Texas for most of my life and plan to keep it that way -- my family has started a new chapter in our lives by moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth area in mid 2008. Due to my technical expertise, I do have experience in technical writing as well. If you want to get to know me, follow me on twitter: @luischinea

I am a father of three boys (two are identical twins) and have been happily married to my beautiful wife, Tari Chinea, since 2002. When not at work, or spending quality time with the kids and wife, you can find me singing on stage at Fellowship Church. My life is simple, but trust me... it is lived to the fullest, and I'm very content with it!

Published Works

Unfortunately, I do not have any published works. This will be the first time my material is available to the world.
